The natural salt from Messolonghi contains all the essential trace elements for our body such as potassium, calcium, magnesium. It has not been treated in any way, apart from washing. It comes from salt marshes, without the addition of synthetic iodine, which is not absorbed by the human body and therefore its quality is maintained at excellent levels.
